為認真貫徹集團公(gong)司(si)“搶(qiang)進度(du)、保(bao)工(gong)(gong)期、穩預(yu)期、促提(ti)升”勞(lao)動競賽活動精神,10月10日下午,安(an)徽安(an)裝公(gong)司(si)圍繞(rao)“不能按時交工(gong)(gong)為恥辱”的履約意識,在阜陽潁東區(qu)中醫院項(xiang)目(mu)部會議室,組織開展(zhan)“搶(qiang)進度(du)、保(bao)工(gong)(gong)期、穩預(yu)期、促提(ti)升”主題大(da)討論活動。公(gong)司(si)副總經理高飛,紀(ji)委書記、工(gong)(gong)會主席李寬(kuan)旭(xu),總工(gong)(gong)程師吳(wu)繼(ji)成,公(gong)司(si)相關部門負(fu)責人(ren),房建分公(gong)司(si)領導(dao)班子成員,項(xiang)目(mu)經理、技(ji)術負(fu)責人(ren)等(deng)共計20余人(ren)參加(jia)會議,會議由李寬(kuan)旭(xu)主持。
會上,項目經理代表緊緊圍繞“不(bu)能按時交工(gong)為恥辱(ru)”主題并結合項目特點(dian),從(cong)工(gong)程(cheng)進(jin)度(du)、施工(gong)產值、技術質(zhi)量和安全生產等方面出(chu)發(fa),分析出(chu)了(le)(le)影(ying)響(xiang)工(gong)期的主要原因,檢視(shi)自身問(wen)題,正視(shi)客觀因素和困難(nan),提出(chu)了(le)(le)促進(jin)工(gong)程(cheng)工(gong)期措施,達到了(le)(le)充分認識工(gong)期就是(shi)企業(ye)的生命、就是(shi)國有企業(ye)的擔當和責任(ren)的效果(guo)。
高飛(fei)在發言中(zhong)著重(zhong)介(jie)紹(shao)了(le)公司(si)新(xin)疆烏蘇中(zhong)水項目,中(zhong)水回用工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)是在野外長距離(li)作業,管道沿途施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)區域內有農田(tian)、戈(ge)壁、沙漠、沼澤,需要穿過高速、省道、鐵路(lu)、亞歐光纜(lan)及(ji)眾多鄉村道路(lu)和(he)田(tian)間(jian)陰溝等,自(zi)然環(huan)境極(ji)其惡劣,施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)地質(zhi)極(ji)為復雜。進入(ru)寒冬季(ji)節氣(qi)溫達(da)到(dao)零下二三十度(du),項目部(bu)在河渠邊搭建兩個(ge)軍用帳篷做為施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)指揮部(bu),“冷(leng)饃硬馕加泡面”成了(le)項目部(bu)午餐“標配(pei)”。在公司(si)“大干60天(tian)”勞動競賽(sai)的正(zheng)向激勵下,不畏環(huan)境艱苦,抓質(zhi)量,保安全(quan),戰(zhan)荒(huang)漠,斗嚴寒。他們“心往一(yi)處向,勁往一(yi)處使(shi)”,以建設精品工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)為追求,以高度(du)的責任(ren)感和(he)舍我(wo)其誰的勇氣(qi),團(tuan)結協作,攻(gong)堅克(ke)難,僅用了(le)100天(tian)就完成了(le)363個(ge)日(ri)歷天(tian)的施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期計劃,堪稱“奇跡”的搶工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)經驗,得到(dao)了(le)參會(hui)人(ren)員的一(yi)致認可。
