伴隨著挖(wa)掘機、推土機的(de)轟鳴聲,壹石通(tong)項(xiang)目現場(chang)正在有條不(bu)紊的(de)進(jin)行著一(yi)道道施工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序。由于項(xiang)目工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)時(shi)間緊(jin)、任務重,項(xiang)目部全體員工(gong)(gong)(gong)發揚(yang)勇于擔當、不(bu)畏艱苦的(de)精神(shen)以實干(gan)、苦干(gan)、大干(gan)、埋頭干(gan),推動各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作快速順(shun)利開(kai)展,通(tong)過倒排施工(gong)(gong)(gong)計劃、優化作業環節,強化管控(kong)、嚴防漏洞。重要工(gong)(gong)(gong)序施工(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi),采取白天黑夜兩班倒連續作業模式,以全力保障工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)進(jin)度和質(zhi)量。整個施工(gong)(gong)(gong)過程中,項(xiang)目部一(yi)直堅持:一是把安(an)全工作放在(zai)首位,包括施工環境、作業監護、飲(yin)食衛生等方(fang)面的安(an)全管理一定要做細做實做到位;二(er)是積極引導全(quan)員(yuan)、全(quan)過(guo)程(cheng)、全(quan)方位質(zhi)量(liang)提升,更新質(zhi)量(liang)知(zhi)識(shi)體系,提升全(quan)員(yuan)質(zhi)量(liang)意識(shi),推廣先(xian)進(jin)的(de)質(zhi)量(liang)管理方法(fa);三是施(shi)工管(guan)理(li)經驗(yan)進行梳理(li)整合,將成功(gong)的(de)管(guan)理(li)模(mo)式(shi)發揚(yang)光大;四是(shi)加(jia)強現場文(wen)明施工安全標準(zhun)化建(jian)設,充分展示企業形象和企業文(wen)化;五是加強主題(ti)教(jiao)育學習,加強政(zheng)治思(si)想宣傳工作,進一步提高全員政(zheng)治站位,鼓舞干(gan)勁(jing),爭(zheng)創一流。
