3月3日,安慶(qing)分公(gong)(gong)司組(zu)織召開2022年度職工(gong)(gong)大會(hui)(hui),公(gong)(gong)司黨委(wei)副書記、副總經理(li)周正平,紀委(wei)書記、工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)主席李(li)楊,人力(li)資(zi)源(yuan)部、黨委(wei)辦公(gong)(gong)室有關(guan)同(tong)志應(ying)邀出(chu)席會(hui)(hui)議。分公(gong)(gong)司領導(dao)班子成員、機關(guan)及項目部全體(ti)員工(gong)(gong)參加會(hui)(hui)議,會(hui)(hui)議由分公(gong)(gong)司工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)主席李(li)雙江(jiang)主持(chi)。
會上,分公司(si)(si)(si)(si)經(jing)理史崇松作了(le)(le)題為(wei)《穩健務實促提(ti)升、求是創新謀發(fa)展(zhan),為(wei)全(quan)面完成(cheng)2022年各(ge)項(xiang)目標(biao)任(ren)務而努力(li)奮斗》的工(gong)作報(bao)告(gao)。報(bao)告(gao)系統回顧和總(zong)結了(le)(le)2021年分公司(si)(si)(si)(si)的各(ge)項(xiang)管理工(gong)作,客觀(guan)分析了(le)(le)分公司(si)(si)(si)(si)發(fa)展(zhan)面臨的機遇與(yu)挑戰,提(ti)出了(le)(le)2022年發(fa)展(zhan)思(si)路和生產經(jing)營(ying)主要(yao)指標(biao),對重點工(gong)作進行了(le)(le)計劃部署。史崇松還代表分公司(si)(si)(si)(si)領導班(ban)子進行述(shu)職,領導班(ban)子成(cheng)員(yuan)圍繞(rao)德、能、勤、績、廉五個方面,向大會匯報(bao)了(le)(le)2021度(du)個人工(gong)作情況、存在(zai)的不足以及下一步(bu)改進措施。
李楊在(zai)聽(ting)取匯報后,對大會(hui)的順利(li)召開表示(shi)祝賀(he),就2022年工(gong)作(zuo)提(ti)出四點(dian)建議(yi):一(yi)是全體員工(gong)要(yao)加(jia)(jia)強學習,努(nu)力(li)(li)提(ti)升自(zi)我價(jia)值,與(yu)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)同成長;二(er)是分(fen)公司要(yao)加(jia)(jia)大人才培養力(li)(li)度(du),有效強化(hua)公司軟實(shi)力(li)(li),為企(qi)(qi)業(ye)做強做優奠定基礎(chu);三是要(yao)以項目管(guan)理年為契(qi)機,狠抓工(gong)期履約(yue),強化(hua)成本管(guan)控(kong),加(jia)(jia)快項目決算、回款,不斷全面(mian)提(ti)高項目管(guan)理水平(ping);四是要(yao)充分(fen)發揮(hui)黨工(gong)團特(te)點(dian),組(zu)織(zhi)特(te)色多彩文體活(huo)動,豐富員工(gong)精神生活(huo),切實(shi)增(zeng)強企(qi)(qi)業(ye)凝聚(ju)力(li)(li)和員工(gong)歸屬感。

會上,分公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)還進行了(le)年(nian)度先進表彰(zhang),公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)考(kao)核組組織了(le)對分公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)領導班子及班子成(cheng)員年(nian)度民主測(ce)評(ping),推薦了(le)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)優秀年(nian)輕(qing)干部。
