8月(yue)25日下午,安徽安裝公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)黨(dang)委書記、董事長胡六中赴房建(jian)(裝飾)分公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)開展項(xiang)目執行情況專題調研,公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)黨(dang)委委員(yuan)、副(fu)總(zong)經理(li)趙伯平,財務副(fu)總(zong)監李(li)雷,公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)相關部門(men)負責同(tong)志和(he)分公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)領導班子成(cheng)員(yuan)參加會議。
會上,胡六中認真聽取(qu)分公(gong)司對重點項目的(de)匯(hui)報,詳(xiang)細了解(jie)近(jin)年來分公(gong)司16個項目的(de)執行情(qing)況(kuang),特(te)別是項目“兩(liang)清”“兩(liang)算(suan)”情(qing)況(kuang),并針(zhen)對各項目存在的(de)不同問題給出具體意見建議。
胡六中就分公司下一階段工(gong)(gong)(gong)作提(ti)出五點要求:一要盡早摸排(pai)各項(xiang)目(mu)賬務情況,積極推(tui)(tui)進債權回(hui)收工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,運用多種方式盡快(kuai)辦(ban)理(li)項(xiang)目(mu)決(jue)算,緊盯(ding)回(hui)收時限,抓好(hao)成本管(guan)控;二(er)要堅持目(mu)標(biao)導(dao)向(xiang)、問(wen)題(ti)導(dao)向(xiang),發現(xian)問(wen)題(ti)及時處理(li),充(chong)分利用法律訴(su)訟(song)手段解決(jue)項(xiang)目(mu)疑(yi)難問(wen)題(ti);三要掌握(wo)經營談判技(ji)巧,加強(qiang)市場開拓能力、項(xiang)目(mu)管(guan)理(li)能力,提(ti)高(gao)管(guan)理(li)者(zhe)執行能力及專業(ye)技(ji)術(shu)水平,實(shi)現(xian)企(qi)業(ye)效(xiao)益最(zui)大化;四要明確完工(gong)(gong)(gong)項(xiang)目(mu)負責(ze)人,追根溯源,做好(hao)項(xiang)目(mu)交(jiao)接,落實(shi)各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的主體(ti)責(ze)任;五要積極推(tui)(tui)動實(shi)現(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程、財務一體(ti)化管(guan)理(li),加強(qiang)項(xiang)目(mu)經理(li)隊(dui)伍(wu)建設,做好(hao)項(xiang)目(mu)經驗總結(jie),提(ti)高(gao)項(xiang)目(mu)管(guan)理(li)水平。
