蚌埠分公司2022年度員工績效考核工作圓滿完成

1月5日至6日,蚌埠分(fen)公(gong)(gong)司開展2022年(nian)度員工績效(xiao)考(kao)核,分(fen)公(gong)(gong)司領導(dao)班(ban)子成(cheng)員及全體員工參(can)加,會(hui)議由分(fen)公(gong)(gong)司黨支部(bu)書(shu)記、副經理王偉主持。

為了更好地開展(zhan)績效考核(he)工作(zuo),保證考核(he)的(de)公(gong)平、公(gong)正,分公(gong)司成立了考核(he)領(ling)導小組,全面負責績效考核(he)的(de)組織、監督和協調。本(ben)次考核(he)以部(bu)門(men)和項目部(bu)為單位逐一開展(zhan),一般管理(li)人員重(zhong)點圍繞(rao)2022年度工作(zuo)完成情(qing)況(kuang)、存在(zai)不足及2023年工作(zuo)計劃等(deng)方(fang)面進行(xing)總結匯報,部(bu)門(men)負責人及項目部(bu)班子(zi)成員采(cai)用PPT的(de)形式,重(zhong)點圍繞(rao)“德、能、勤、績、廉”五個方(fang)面進行(xing)述職。
