新年伊始,蚌埠分(fen)公(gong)司召(zhao)開2023年度務虛會暨(ji)1月(yue)份經營生產(chan)會。分(fen)公(gong)司領導班子成員、各部(bu)門負責人、各項目經理(li)等參加會議,會議由分(fen)公(gong)司副經理(li)張斌主(zhu)持。
會(hui)上,各(ge)項目經(jing)理針對(dui)項目進(jin)度(du)、工(gong)(gong)程款回收、債務(wu)、春節前維穩以及2023年工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)計(ji)劃進(jin)行了(le)詳細匯報(bao)。分公(gong)司各(ge)部門(men)總結了(le)2022年度(du)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)經(jing)驗及2023年工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)思路、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)存在(zai)不足及需要改進(jin)的事(shi)項。所有參會(hui)人員就新一年度(du)分公(gong)司發(fa)展(zhan)的建議(yi)和規(gui)劃做了(le)深入的交流。
分(fen)公司副經理就各(ge)自(zi)分(fen)管(guan)領域對2022年度(du)各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)進行回饋總結并(bing)對2023年具體工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)做出(chu)具體部(bu)署,強調要(yao)加強部(bu)門(men)之間(jian)、部(bu)門(men)與項目部(bu)之間(jian)的溝(gou)通交流,各(ge)職(zhi)能部(bu)門(men)要(yao)進一步(bu)(bu)增強責任意識做好服(fu)務和(he)(he)指導,并(bing)在今后工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)提高前(qian)瞻性(xing)、計劃性(xing)和(he)(he)規范性(xing),進一步(bu)(bu)提升基礎管(guan)理工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。
分(fen)公司黨支部(bu)書(shu)記(ji)、副(fu)經(jing)理王(wang)偉對(dui)新(xin)(xin)一(yi)年(nian)的(de)工作提(ti)(ti)出了建議(yi):一(yi)是(shi)在(zai)(zai)經(jing)營(ying)方(fang)面(mian)要(yao)持續提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)自營(ying)比例(li),加(jia)(jia)大總(zong)包項目(mu)的(de)承接力度(du),用(yong)足用(yong)活各項資(zi)質、資(zi)源,逐步(bu)健(jian)全營(ying)商(shang)團隊,加(jia)(jia)大經(jing)營(ying)激勵力度(du),積(ji)極營(ying)造全員經(jing)營(ying)氛圍。二(er)是(shi)在(zai)(zai)生產方(fang)面(mian)要(yao)常態化、針對(dui)性開展項目(mu)經(jing)驗總(zong)結(jie)和安全演練(lian),加(jia)(jia)大工期履約管(guan)(guan)理和成本(ben)管(guan)(guan)理,提(ti)(ti)高檢查督(du)(du)查頻次和力度(du),完善物資(zi)事(shi)(shi)前(qian)、事(shi)(shi)中、事(shi)(shi)后(hou)管(guan)(guan)理,加(jia)(jia)快完工項目(mu)決(jue)算(suan)進(jin)度(du);三是(shi)在(zai)(zai)財務(wu)方(fang)面(mian)要(yao)進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)加(jia)(jia)強對(dui)各項目(mu)的(de)財務(wu)監督(du)(du),在(zai)(zai)減少機關費用(yong)上多謀劃。四是(shi)在(zai)(zai)管(guan)(guan)理流程上要(yao)進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)簡化壓縮創新(xin)(xin)流程,提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)關鍵崗位的(de)責任擔當,健(jian)全限時辦結(jie)制度(du),提(ti)(ti)高決(jue)策和執行效率。
