5月10日下(xia)午(wu),安(an)徽(hui)安(an)裝公司(si)副總(zong)經理李原一行赴房(fang)建(裝飾(shi))分公司(si)主(zhu)持召(zhao)開農民(min)工工資(zi)支付信(xin)訪(fang)專(zhuan)題調(diao)研會(hui)。公司(si)后勤保障部(bu)及分公司(si)黨政(zheng)主(zhu)要(yao)領導(dao)、工管部(bu)、項目部(bu)等同(tong)志參(can)加調(diao)研會(hui)。
會上,分公司黨支(zhi)部(bu)書記、副經理(li)(li)程茂(mao)麗首先匯報了分公司信訪工作(zuo)開展情況,其他同(tong)志分別做了相(xiang)應(ying)補充(chong)發言。隨(sui)后,大家重點圍繞“如(ru)何(he)加強勞(lao)務分包隊(dui)伍管理(li)(li),堅持源頭治理(li)(li),防范拖(tuo)欠農民工工資(zi)信訪案件發生”等方面開展交流座(zuo)談。公司后勤(qin)保障部(bu)給予相(xiang)應(ying)工作(zuo)指(zhi)導并分享了具體(ti)經驗做法。
在(zai)聽取發(fa)(fa)(fa)言后,李原要(yao)(yao)(yao)求, 一(yi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)提(ti)高政(zheng)治站(zhan)位,分(fen)公司領(ling)(ling)導班子要(yao)(yao)(yao)切實扛起(qi)責任,落實“一(yi)崗雙責”,增強對信訪(fang)(fang)維穩(wen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)性的(de)認識,圍繞(rao)公司平穩(wen)運行(xing)(xing)、高質量發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)目(mu)標,從嚴從實從細落實信訪(fang)(fang)維穩(wen)的(de)各(ge)項任務(wu)。二要(yao)(yao)(yao)重視信訪(fang)(fang)輿情處置,加(jia)(jia)強制度流程建(jian)設,做(zuo)到提(ti)前(qian)預(yu)知、及(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)時預(yu)警、精(jing)準(zhun)防(fang)(fang)控,掌握主(zhu)動(dong),確(que)保苗頭(tou)性、傾向性問題及(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)早(zao)發(fa)(fa)(fa)現,矛盾糾紛(fen)及(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)時就地化解。三要(yao)(yao)(yao)明確(que)責任領(ling)(ling)導和(he)責任人,相關(guan)部門要(yao)(yao)(yao)相互協(xie)調(diao)、上下聯動(dong),項目(mu)部要(yao)(yao)(yao)全力做(zuo)好(hao)農(nong)民工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資支(zhi)付(fu)管(guan)理(li),要(yao)(yao)(yao)主(zhu)動(dong)作(zuo)擔當(dang),不等有“等、靠、要(yao)(yao)(yao)”思想(xiang),要(yao)(yao)(yao)加(jia)(jia)強過(guo)(guo)程監(jian)管(guan),對在(zai)用(yong)分(fen)包單位的(de)農(nong)民工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資支(zhi)付(fu)和(he)拖欠情況(kuang)及(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)時進行(xing)(xing)排查(cha)、統計,實現全過(guo)(guo)程、閉環式(shi)管(guan)理(li),確(que)保每一(yi)筆(bi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資都能直接發(fa)(fa)(fa)放到農(nong)民工(gong)(gong)(gong)手中。四(si)要(yao)(yao)(yao)提(ti)升市場(chang)大局意識,強化合(he)規管(guan)理(li),做(zuo)好(hao)風(feng)險防(fang)(fang)范和(he)化解工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),營造(zao)和(he)諧穩(wen)定的(de)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)環境。
