王軍(jun)深(shen)入施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現(xian)場后,首先(xian)了解了項目施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進(jin)度(du)(du)、材料管理(li)、安(an)全文明施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、成(cheng)(cheng)本控制、質(zhi)量(liang)管理(li)等內(nei)容(rong)。他(ta)強(qiang)調:烏蘇(su)市(shi)(shi)南苑新(xin)城小區(qu)住宅樓建設(she)項目是公司(si)“一(yi)主(zhu)兩翼”經營(ying)戰(zhan)略結合分公司(si)在(zai)新(xin)疆市(shi)(shi)場深(shen)耕細作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)重大(da)經營(ying)成(cheng)(cheng)果,是分公司(si)承接的(de)第一(yi)個房(fang)建項目。該項目工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程體量(liang)大(da),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期短,尤其新(xin)疆天氣異于內(nei)地,每年有效施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期僅有半年時間,能否按照合同(tong)要求完成(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)任務是分公司(si)及項目部面臨的(de)嚴峻考驗。對于下一(yi)步工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),王軍(jun)提(ti)出四點工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)要求:一(yi)要精(jing)心(xin)組織、科學(xue)管理(li),合理(li)安(an)排,狠抓(zhua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程進(jin)度(du)(du),確保如期完工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong);二(er)要嚴把質(zhi)量(liang)、安(an)全關,牢固樹(shu)立安(an)全意(yi)識,時刻繃緊安(an)全生產(chan)這根弦,切實把抓(zhua)好安(an)全生產(chan)的(de)政(zheng)治責任扛在(zai)肩上(shang)、抓(zhua)在(zai)手上(shang);三要加強(qiang)宣傳力度(du)(du),提(ti)升企業正面形象;四要做好防暑降(jiang)溫(wen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),合理(li)安(an)排作(zuo)(zuo)業時間,避(bi)開(kai)高(gao)溫(wen)時間段(duan),給(gei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人提(ti)供(gong)一(yi)個清涼、安(an)全的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)業環(huan)境(jing)。
在隨后的(de)座談會上,王軍詳細了解了項目(mu)部主題教育開(kai)展情況,目(mu)前面(mian)臨(lin)的(de)施工(gong)(gong)重(zhong)難點及員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作生活存在的(de)需求和困難并(bing)現場(chang)協調解決。
