會上,各(ge)部門(men)匯(hui)報了(le)重點(dian)工(gong)作完成(cheng)情況,項目(mu)經理匯(hui)報了(le)各(ge)項目(mu)片區工(gong)程(cheng)生產、安(an)全、質量(liang)、成(cheng)本、進度等情況,以及需支持或幫助解決的(de)問題,分公司(si)班子與各(ge)部門(men)、項目(mu)片區負責人共(gong)同研討,提出解決方案。
會議要(yao)求,一(yi)要(yao)高(gao)(gao)(gao)度(du)重視安(an)全生產工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,電梯安(an)裝工(gong)(gong)(gong)程項(xiang)(xiang)目開(kai)(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)前(qian),分(fen)公司、項(xiang)(xiang)目部(bu)安(an)全管理人員務(wu)(wu)必(bi)做好開(kai)(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)前(qian)準備工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,合法(fa)合規手(shou)續(xu)不完(wan)備不得開(kai)(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。二要(yao)化被動(dong)(dong)為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong),電梯安(an)裝各(ge)片區項(xiang)(xiang)目在開(kai)(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)前(qian)主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)對接業務(wu)(wu)主(zhu)(zhu)管部(bu)門,確(que)保(bao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程項(xiang)(xiang)目穩步(bu)推(tui)進;三要(yao)嚴格落(luo)實(shi)“一(yi)梯一(yi)檔”制度(du),電梯工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)程中要(yao)及(ji)時跟進、完(wan)善(shan)特(te)種設備“身份(fen)證(zheng)”檔案,強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)化日常監管,及(ji)時發現和(he)消除安(an)全、質(zhi)量隱患;四要(yao)切(qie)實(shi)提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)執(zhi)行力,全員要(yao)錨定(ding)既定(ding)目標(biao),主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)擔當、勇于(yu)作為(wei),積極協調內(nei)部(bu)資源,確(que)保(bao)各(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作高(gao)(gao)(gao)效推(tui)進;五要(yao)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)化宣傳報(bao)道工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,深挖(wa)亮(liang)點、突(tu)出特(te)色(se)、樹立典型,“內(nei)聚(ju)人心(xin),外樹形(xing)象(xiang)”,進一(yi)步(bu)增(zeng)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)凝聚(ju)力、向心(xin)力。
