11月21日,蚌埠分(fen)公司組織召(zhao)開11月份生產經營會,分(fen)公司領導(dao)班子成(cheng)員、所屬各項(xiang)目部、機關各部門(men)負責人及工(gong)程管理部全體員工(gong)參加會議,會議由分(fen)公司副經理郭洋(yang)主持。
會(hui)上,綜合(he)辦公(gong)室首先通報了(le)上月度(du)(du)生產(chan)經營會(hui)重點任務督辦落實情(qing)況(kuang);各在(zai)建(jian)項目(mu)(mu)負(fu)責(ze)人(ren)重點圍(wei)繞(rao)項目(mu)(mu)進度(du)(du)、產(chan)值、安(an)全(quan)、質量、工(gong)程款回收、需分公(gong)司(si)解決的問(wen)題(ti)進行逐一(yi)匯(hui)報;各部門負(fu)責(ze)人(ren)匯(hui)報了(le)主(zhu)要工(gong)作(zuo)完(wan)成情(qing)況(kuang)以及下一(yi)步工(gong)作(zuo)安(an)排。
分公司領導班子根據匯報內容并(bing)結合自身分管(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)作對(dui)存在的問(wen)題(ti)進(jin)行了逐一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)回復,并(bing)針對(dui)下一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)步(bu)重點工(gong)(gong)作進(jin)行了強調(diao):一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)各職(zhi)能部(bu)(bu)門(men)針對(dui)各項(xiang)(xiang)目月度(du)(du)(du)檢查要(yao)(yao)全(quan)覆蓋,發(fa)現問(wen)題(ti)及時進(jin)行通(tong)報并(bing)督(du)促項(xiang)(xiang)目整(zheng)改閉合,提高(gao)項(xiang)(xiang)目管(guan)(guan)理水平;二是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)緊抓(zhua)現場安(an)全(quan)文明施工(gong)(gong),及時消除現場存在的安(an)全(quan)隱患問(wen)題(ti),做(zuo)好(hao)冬季安(an)全(quan)施工(gong)(gong)管(guan)(guan)理工(gong)(gong)作;三是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)各項(xiang)(xiang)目部(bu)(bu)要(yao)(yao)加大工(gong)(gong)程款(kuan)回收力(li)度(du)(du)(du),應(ying)收盡收,確保(bao)年底財務(wu)(wu)(wu)指標(biao)任務(wu)(wu)(wu)完(wan)成;四是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)做(zuo)好(hao)春節前各項(xiang)(xiang)摸排工(gong)(gong)作,嚴(yan)守(shou)紀律(lv)紅線,做(zuo)好(hao)節前維穩工(gong)(gong)作安(an)排,梳理農民工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)資發(fa)放情況;五是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)持(chi)續開拓經營市(shi)(shi)場,為(wei)來(lai)年生產(chan)任務(wu)(wu)(wu)奠定基礎(chu),同時進(jin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)步(bu)挖掘(jue)蚌(bang)埠(bu)本(ben)土市(shi)(shi)場,確保(bao)子公司產(chan)值任務(wu)(wu)(wu);六是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)全(quan)員要(yao)(yao)統(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)思想(xiang)(xiang)共(gong)同努力(li),想(xiang)(xiang)方設法(fa)力(li)爭完(wan)成年度(du)(du)(du)各項(xiang)(xiang)指標(biao)任務(wu)(wu)(wu),為(wei)分公司的發(fa)展(zhan)更上(shang)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)新臺階。
