11月(yue)1日上午(wu),蚌埠分公(gong)司組織召(zhao)開10月(yue)份生產經營調度會,分公(gong)司領導班子成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan)、所屬各(ge)項(xiang)目部(bu)、機關各(ge)部(bu)門負責人及工程(cheng)管理部(bu)全體(ti)員(yuan)(yuan)工參加會議,會議由(you)分公(gong)司副經理張(zhang)斌主持。
會上,分公司所屬項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)經(jing)理簽(qian)訂了《完(wan)工(gong)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)決算(suan)(suan)責任(ren)狀》,全力推進(jin)(jin)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)決算(suan)(suan)工(gong)作(zuo)。各在建項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)負(fu)責人重點圍繞主要經(jing)濟指標(biao)完(wan)成(cheng)情況、工(gong)期履約、項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)成(cheng)本等方面進(jin)(jin)行匯報(bao);各部(bu)門(men)負(fu)責人對主要工(gong)作(zuo)完(wan)成(cheng)情況以及下一(yi)步重點工(gong)作(zuo)進(jin)(jin)行匯報(bao)。隨后(hou),分公司分管(guan)領(ling)導及相關部(bu)門(men),根據匯報(bao)內容及目(mu)(mu)(mu)前項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)管(guan)理中存在的問題,結合實際進(jin)(jin)行交流,并(bing)給出(chu)指導意見。
會議(yi)強(qiang)調,一是分公(gong)司各(ge)職(zhi)能部門(men)開展月度(du)檢查要全(quan)覆蓋,發現(xian)問(wen)題及時(shi)進行通報并督促項目(mu)(mu)整(zheng)改閉(bi)合,提(ti)高(gao)項目(mu)(mu)管(guan)理(li)(li)水(shui)(shui)平。二是強(qiang)抓(zhua)現(xian)場(chang)安全(quan)文明(ming)施工(gong)(gong),及時(shi)消除現(xian)場(chang)安全(quan)隱患問(wen)題,做好冬季安全(quan)施工(gong)(gong)管(guan)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)作。三是各(ge)項目(mu)(mu)部要加大工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)款回收(shou)力(li)度(du),應收(shou)盡(jin)收(shou),已完工(gong)(gong)項目(mu)(mu)要持續推(tui)(tui)進決(jue)算,債(zhai)權回收(shou),加速分公(gong)司資金回流(liu)。四是持續做好維穩和(he)輿情(qing)管(guan)控,梳理(li)(li)農民工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)資發放情(qing)況,確保(bao)企業(ye)平穩運行;五(wu)是增強(qiang)全(quan)員質量(liang)意識,提(ti)升工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)項目(mu)(mu)質量(liang)管(guan)理(li)(li)水(shui)(shui)平,助推(tui)(tui)分公(gong)司高(gao)質量(liang)發展;六是持續開拓經營市場(chang),為來年(nian)生產任務奠定基(ji)礎,同時(shi)全(quan)員要目(mu)(mu)標明(ming)確樹(shu)立信心(xin),鼓足干(gan)勁,全(quan)力(li)完成年(nian)度(du)各(ge)項指標任務,團結協力(li)共(gong)鑄(zhu)輝煌。
