合(he)肥新橋智能制造產業(ye)園(yuan)一階段一標(biao)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)是合(he)肥市招商引資(zi)重點(dian)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu),項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)位于合(he)肥市經開區合(he)淮合(he)作區,占地約(yue)(yue)1230畝,建筑面(mian)積約(yue)(yue)52萬平方(fang)米。工(gong)程(cheng)總(zong)造價3.73億元,總(zong)工(gong)期376天。該工(gong)程(cheng)是截至目(mu)(mu)前(qian),建工(gong)安(an)裝(zhuang)所承接的(de)最大(da)體量的(de)機電安(an)裝(zhuang)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu),工(gong)期履約(yue)(yue)苛刻(ke),工(gong)藝要(yao)求較高,對項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)施工(gong)形(xing)成巨大(da)壓(ya)力。
工期就是效益 進度就是形象
“開(kai)(kai)工(gong)即是(shi)決(jue)戰”,這是(shi)一場(chang)(chang)注定與時(shi)間(jian)賽跑的(de)(de)戰斗(dou),這也是(shi)一場(chang)(chang)對建工(gong)安(an)裝滁州分(fen)公(gong)司(si)所有參建人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)攻堅克(ke)難(nan)綜合能力的(de)(de)全(quan)(quan)面檢驗。為了(le)能打贏這場(chang)(chang)戰斗(dou),公(gong)司(si)領(ling)導高度(du)重視(shi),組(zu)建了(le)由(you)公(gong)司(si)領(ling)導和(he)相關部門以(yi)及(ji)分(fen)公(gong)司(si)主(zhu)要領(ling)導組(zu)成(cheng)的(de)(de)項(xiang)(xiang)目指揮部。項(xiang)(xiang)目部自今年8月份開(kai)(kai)工(gong)以(yi)來,面對工(gong)期異(yi)常緊迫、業主(zhu)要求極高、施工(gong)面積較大、資源(yuan)配備不(bu)充分(fen)等諸多(duo)不(bu)利因(yin)素,項(xiang)(xiang)目班(ban)子多(duo)次召(zhao)開(kai)(kai)專題(ti)會,明(ming)確“路線(xian)圖”和(he)“任務書”,同時(shi)召(zhao)開(kai)(kai)由(you)全(quan)(quan)體管理人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)和(he)勞(lao)務班(ban)組(zu)長(chang)參加(jia)的(de)(de)項(xiang)(xiang)目動(dong)員(yuan)(yuan)會。鼓勵項(xiang)(xiang)目全(quan)(quan)員(yuan)(yuan)要時(shi)刻保持“等不(bu)起”的(de)(de)緊迫感、“慢不(bu)得(de)”的(de)(de)危機(ji)感,并提出了(le)“爭(zheng)分(fen)奪秒搶(qiang)工(gong)期,攻堅克(ke)難(nan)打勝(sheng)仗”的(de)(de)口號,要求必須(xu)高標(biao)準、嚴要求完成(cheng)施工(gong)任務,樹(shu)立企業良好的(de)(de)形象(xiang)。
為了(le)搶抓工(gong)(gong)(gong)期和進(jin)(jin)(jin)度(du),項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)部(bu)(bu)集(ji)思廣益,各(ge)(ge)專業施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人員著重(zhong)從(cong)優化(hua)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方案、增加(jia)機械(xie)設(she)備投入(ru)、加(jia)快材料(liao)設(she)備招標采(cai)購、確定勞(lao)務(wu)班組進(jin)(jin)(jin)場(chang)(chang)時間(jian)等入(ru)手(shou),制(zhi)定出科(ke)學(xue)的節(jie)點(dian)(dian)計劃。與此同時,項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)部(bu)(bu)堅(jian)持每天(tian)召(zhao)開(kai)碰頭會,每周組織工(gong)(gong)(gong)作例(li)會,旨在總結當天(tian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作成(cheng)效,現(xian)場(chang)(chang)解決(jue)實(shi)際問(wen)(wen)題,梳理(li)次日(ri)重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。面對(dui)(dui)緊迫的工(gong)(gong)(gong)期,項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)部(bu)(bu)全(quan)員主動放棄所有節(jie)假日(ri)休息,開(kai)啟早7點(dian)(dian)晚10點(dian)(dian)的常態化(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作模式,領導(dao)帶頭值班,堅(jian)持全(quan)天(tian)24小時在崗,確保現(xian)場(chang)(chang)問(wen)(wen)題得到迅速處理(li)。項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)部(bu)(bu)合(he)理(li)安排員工(gong)(gong)(gong)晝夜輪班作業時間(jian),實(shi)現(xian)多道工(gong)(gong)(gong)序穿插進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)班組實(shi)行(xing)三班倒制(zhi)度(du),最大程度(du)減小不利因(yin)素對(dui)(dui)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進(jin)(jin)(jin)度(du)的影(ying)響。為了(le)確保關鍵(jian)節(jie)點(dian)(dian)目(mu)標如期完(wan)成(cheng),項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)部(bu)(bu)還開(kai)展了(le)“大干30天(tian) 決(jue)戰11.30”勞(lao)動競賽,通過雙倍的施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)效率,提(ti)高施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進(jin)(jin)(jin)度(du),確保完(wan)成(cheng)各(ge)(ge)個(ge)節(jie)點(dian)(dian)目(mu)標。
筑牢安全防線 嚴守質量紅線
該項目(mu)自開(kai)工以(yi)來,項目(mu)部牢記“安(an)(an)全(quan)第(di)一,預(yu)防(fang)為主”的(de)總體目(mu)標,認真落實安(an)(an)全(quan)生產(chan)(chan)責任,通過安(an)(an)全(quan)例會、班前安(an)(an)全(quan)講話、個人(ren)信息摸排、安(an)(an)全(quan)主題活動、日常(chang)安(an)(an)全(quan)檢查(cha)等,將人(ren)、機、物、法、環置于(yu)現(xian)場系(xi)統(tong)安(an)(an)全(quan)監管(guan)(guan)之下(xia),真正做到無死角監管(guan)(guan)。與(yu)此同(tong)時(shi),項目(mu)部緊盯(ding)現(xian)場管(guan)(guan)理(li),采取了分(fen)片包干的(de)管(guan)(guan)理(li)方式,增加(jia)了現(xian)場巡查(cha)與(yu)溝通的(de)頻次,確保(bao)管(guan)(guan)理(li)無盲區。針(zhen)對高處(chu)作(zuo)業、大型(xing)吊裝、安(an)(an)全(quan)用電、夜間施工等危險(xian)源,項目(mu)安(an)(an)全(quan)員全(quan)程旁站監督提醒,以(yi)此時(shi)時(shi)繃緊“安(an)(an)全(quan)弦”,刻刻扣緊“安(an)(an)全(quan)帶(dai)”,確保(bao)安(an)(an)全(quan)生產(chan)(chan)工作(zuo)平穩推進。
為(wei)保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)質量(liang),項目部(bu)堅持從材料的進(jin)場、檢測(ce)、驗收等細節入(ru)手,逐(zhu)一(yi)檢查記錄(lu),實行誰主管(guan)誰負責,從源(yuan)頭上(shang)把(ba)好質量(liang)關(guan)。項目部(bu)不定期組織專題會(hui)議研究討(tao)論施(shi)工(gong)(gong)方案,對(dui)班(ban)組進(jin)行技術交底。在此過程中,注重(zhong)做好隱蔽記錄(lu)及收集相關(guan)質保(bao)(bao)資料。在項目初期,BIM團隊就深(shen)入(ru)參與,對(dui)廠區內(nei)部(bu)的管(guan)線走向、設備布局進(jin)行模(mo)擬和深(shen)化,通過識別沖(chong)突點、優(you)化布置來避免(mian)現場返工(gong)(gong);提(ti)前(qian)深(shen)化機(ji)電(dian)支(zhi)(zhi)吊架方案,確保(bao)(bao)大(da)管(guan)徑支(zhi)(zhi)吊架與鋼構(gou)同步安(an)裝;針對(dui)復雜節點,建立虛擬樣(yang)板模(mo)型。此外,基于BIM模(mo)型合理安(an)排施(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)序,提(ti)前(qian)預(yu)判問題,避免(mian)工(gong)(gong)序干涉。這既保(bao)(bao)障了(le)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)質量(liang),也為(wei)后續(xu)工(gong)(gong)作打下良(liang)好基礎。
